Why me


Here are a few reasons why I would be a perfect candidate for the position of Customer Success Guru:

  • I am resourceful, and not afraid to traverse through thousands of pages of content to find a resolution to a difficult problem
  • I have built ecommerce stores (Shopify and non-Shopify) for various merchants and understand their needs and wants
  • I have worked on many entrepreneurial side projects, where I had the opportunity to work with many team members and solve the many problems of stakeholders & customers 
  • I move extremely fast and am able to manage my time effectively to meet multiple deadlines
  • I am a team player and love interacting with different people, building strong relationships
  • I am tenacious and always strive to recommend better solutions and optimizations for my customers (in freelance and everywhere else)

Why do I want to be a Customer Success Guru?

I want to be a Guru because I believe in Shopify's platform. Having supported other merchants before, I want to help others in achieving their dreams of setting up their shops.
